Project Plan
We will discuss how your current system works so that we can fully understand what your business needs from our phone system. We will then agree on how you want your new system built, including all of your users, any hunt groups, whether you need Teams integration, imaging for Video calls or any on hold music, which you can use as an opportunity to showcase your business. Once the system is built we will test and only roll out when you are 100% happy with it.
Training
We can supply recorded IVRs or you can record them yourselves and we can include them in the build of your system to ensure that your clients reach their intended destination as quickly as possible. An IVR is a easy way for a client to appear professional and personable to inbound callers, whilst waiting for someone to answer the phone.
Installation
We will test your current connectivity prior to our team of experienced engineers installing your system. All hardware will be also be provisioned prior to install, meaning any deskphones are ready to ‘plug and play’, ensuring minimal disruption on the day.
